Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday: 9:00 am – 12:00 am
(The Consulate is closed on Hungarian and Dutch public holidays.)

Regardless of the type of consular services, applicants are only received with an appointment booked in advance.
The entry of applicants failing to meet the above requirements will be denied. Thank you for your understanding.
There is no fast-track procedure at the Consulate. The expected length of the proceedings can be found on the website but this is for information only.
„Pick-up” hours:
Once the requested documents are ready for pick-up the applicants are in a message. Having received the notification you may collect your documents on Wednesdays between 2 pm - 4 pm and on Fridays between 10 am - 12 am without priorly booked appointment at the Concular Office.
Clients must prove their identity with a valid photographic ID upon receiving their documents.
In case of receiving other persons’ or minors’ documents, a valid authorization form of the authorisers’ must be presented as well as his/her copy of photographic identification document.
Urgent assistance outside opening hours:
If you need urgent help on weekdays after 16.30, on Fridays after 14.00 and during weekends or holidays (for example when you became a victim of a crime or someone was arrested or died, in case of an unlikely event like an environmental disaster, etc.), call the following numbers:
