Kairat Abdrakhmanov, High Commissioner on National Minorities of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe; in recognition of his outstanding efforts to promote minority protection, integration of multi-ethnic societies, as well as positive inter-ethnic relations,
the Officer’s Cross of the Order of Merit of Hungary;

Ferenc Postma, professor emeritus of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam; in recognition of his decades-long activities to promote Hungarian-Dutch scientific and cultural relations,
the Knight’s Cross of the Order of Merit of Hungary; 

Annet Weijermars-Corver, chair of Huygens Festival; in recognition of her work to introduce and promote Hungarian music in the Netherlands,
the Gold Cross of Merit of Hungary;

Willem van Lieshout clinical psychologist, psychotherapist; in recognition of his one-and-a-half-decade-long voluntary work for the Hungarian equine-assisted therapeutic education,
the Silver Cross of Merit of Hungary.
