The book is the story about his best known invention the Rubik's Cube, a logical toy that is popular across the globe. Professor Rubik wanted to help his students understand three-dimensional problems and created the first working prototype of the cube in 1974.
While Rubik became famous for inventing the Rubik's Cube and his other puzzles, much of his recent work involves the promotion of science in education. Rubik is involved with several organisations whose aim is to engage students in science, mathematics, and problem solving at a young age.
