Ruben Brandt, Collector (Hungary, 2018) by Milorad Krstic was scheduled to be screened twice at the Imagine Film Festival at the EYE Filmmuseum Amsterdam. Straight after the film’s first screening at the festival last Sunday April 14 the film made it into the additional program The Best of Imagine on Saturday April 20 for its third screening. During The Best of Imagine the best attended and highest rated films of the festival are shown again.

The organisation describes Ruben Brandt, Collector as a highly entertaining ode to film and art full of great animation and fast- paced action. And the audience seems to agree. Levente Sipos, technical director of the film, was present Sunday to answer the many questions from the audience during a Q&A.

The film is now in the nr. 2 position of the ranking for the audience award and with the second screening coming up on April 18 the team of Ruben Brandt, Collector could go home with the audience award, the Silver Scream Award.
