On 24 August 2023, students studying at The Hague campus of Leiden University paid a visit to our embassy. The event took place as part of ’HOP – The Hague Orientation Programme’ as being the international introduction week of the onboarding students before the start of the academic year.
The students met and engaged in an interactive discussion with ambassador András Kocsis who shed light on how the world of diplomacy works and shared his experiences on the challenges of diplomatic foreign service.
The discussion was a great opportunity to have a personal interaction with the students aiming to help them acquire a distinctive perspective on the world of diplomacy which is an important component of their education.
