The Hungarian delegation successfully concluded its participation in Cybersecurity Week in The Hague (29 September – 3 October), a vibrant hub for expertise, talent, and innovation.
Between March 11-13, 2025, a Hungarian water management delegation visited the Netherlands, led by Zsolt V. Németh, State Secretary for Water Management at the Ministry of Energy. Accompanied by Ambassador Dániel Horogszegi Szilágyi-Landeck, the delegation visited Hungarian companies exhibiting at the Aquatech Expo. The national stand, organized by HEPA, featured six Hungarian companies, while four additional companies had individual booths.
On March 19, 2025, Ambassador Dániel Horogszegi Szilágyi-Landeck and Science Diplomatic Attaché Edit Pápai visited Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR), where they met with Prof. Annelien Bredenoord, Chairwoman of EUR. The discussions focused on strengthening scientific cooperation between Hungary and the Netherlands.

On 8 March 2025, co-organized by the De Ruyter Foundation and the Hungarian Embassy in The Hague, we commemorated the famous Dutch Admiral Michiel de Ruyter, who freed 28 Hungarian Protestant preachers sentenced to galley slavery in 1676.
